In a nod to Zofia’s alpacas, we have used alpaca bedding (duvets and pillows) in 3 of our rooms, the perfect way to end a busy day, snuggled up and encased in alpaca. We have a shared lounge, ideal for socializing and relaxing after a day out in Kintyre. A Continental Breakfast (included) is served daily in our Café from 9 am until 10 am, with hot options available.

The Boat House Super Suites has five separate self-catering style Suites, each comes with a FREE breakfast starter pack to help begin your day.
Two of the suites are ground floor. Suite 1 is suitable for wheelchair users. We have a three-night minimum, except in Suite One during weekdays. The suites are situated a 5-minute walk from the Rothesay ferry terminal and command breathtaking views of Rothesay Bay. Get all cosy after a long day exploring and enjoy the views over the bay.

The old House
Built-in traditional stone, The Old House was originally built by the Earl of Breadalbane as a peaceful fishing lodge in the early 1800s. It has been renovated by the owners, the Kerrs, who live in the adjacent house. There are now excellent modern facilities within ancient stone walls, including a fully equipped kitchen and spacious rooms.
The property, overlooking the river Orchy, is suitable for a couple, for family holidays, or sabbatical study use. It can be an ideal base for botanists, geologists, ornithologists, fishermen and walkers. In the complete absence of light pollution, the night sky can be quite breathtaking.

Morrishill is an apartment on the upper floors of a Victorian villa situated at the top of the hill above Oban near McCaig's Tower. It has spectacular panoramic views over Oban Bay and to the islands Kerrera, Mull and Lismore beyond.
The accommodation has been fully modernised while retaining some of the original features. There is gas central heating throughout. It can sleep up to 6 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a fully modernised kitchen, a dining room/ breakfast room and a sitting room with a wood-burning stove. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the lower floor and have a shower room and bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the upper floor and there is a second bathroom [with a bath]. There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars.
