Barriemore Guesthouse Oban

Barriemore Guesthouse Oban

Barriemore Oban is a splendid example of a Victorian 3 storey town house, situated by the water on Oban’s sea front. It is as close as you can get to the narrow shipping channel which passes along side the patio at the front of our building.

Oban is famous for its local landmark McCaig’s Tower (Coliseum), which was built by John S McCaig. He also built Barriemore as a private residence. All rooms are ensuite and beautifully furnished and have all the hospitality items you would expect from this exceptional 4* accommodation.

We have 2 elegant ground floor suites overlooking Oban Bay, while the remaining large & spacious bedrooms (with king size and super king size beds as standard) either overlook the water or local woodland.

Rooms for 2022 and onwards are sold on a room only basis. Please note, we are no longer offering the breakfast hamper.

Free internet access (wi-fi) is available for all our guests.
