Cowal Open Studios

Visit over 50 artists and makers in their studios in Cowal. Scattered along our secret shores there lives a wealth of artists expressing themselves through various media.

Since 2010 we have successfully run the open studios with each year seeing more artists join. This allows us to offer an even greater range of interesting studios to visit and artistic disciplines to our visitors to discover.

The many artistic forms represented include: painting, jewellery, pottery, glass, textiles, lino and collagraph printing, botanical printing, visual arts, photography, woodturning, tapestry weaving, collage and metalwork.

Each year we have a different selection of artists but there is always a good mix of old and new members taking part, often with over 50+ artists taking part.
