Sustainability Agenda

Kevin is our recycling guru. He encourages our staff to get involved and they do their bit every morning. We recycle all our glass into aggregate for building.

We shred all our cardboard, used menus, mix them with our coffee grounds to produce blocks for the fire. All this takes time, enthusiastic people and energy but is something we all need to do.
