The Boat House Super Suites

The Boat House Super Suites has FIVE separate self catering style Suites, each comes with a FREE breakfast starter pack to help begin your day.  

Two of the suites are ground floor. Suite 1 is suitable for wheelchair users.  We have a THREE night minimum, except in Suite One during weekdays. (Even self employed folks need a day off :-).

We are situated a 5 minute walk from the Rothesay ferry terminal & command breathtaking views of Rothesay Bay, with EVERY suite having a stunning sea view.  

Every Suite has the following:

• Breakfast starter pack for the duration of your stay. (Choice of cereals, bread, butter, jam, marmalade, juice, milk, tea, coffee and sugar) Guests welcome to bring their own foods.
• Kitchen facilities; microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, sink, dishes, washing up liquid & tea towels. (No cooker tops or ovens)
• Dining & working area
• Complimentary guest WIFI
• Comfortable, high-quality mattresses and pillows. Beds are either super king or king size
• Fresh towels available daily
• Large showers with complimentary shower gel
